DELIVERY TO METROPOLITAN FRANCE AND EUROPE

At Nookido, we make every effort to ship your orders quickly while ensuring optimal quality, especially for your personalized products.

1. Delivery costs

Free delivery

Delivery is free , with no minimum purchase, for standard delivery in Metropolitan France and Europe , excluding personalized mugs.

Shipping costs for mugs

Personalized mugs have their own delivery charges, calculated automatically during the order process based on the destination and the characteristics of the package.

2. Processing times

Personalized items (posters, nightlights, etc.)

Processing time: 2 to 3 business days before shipment.

Personalized mugs

Faster processing: 24 to 48 hours before shipment.

Non-personalized items

Shipping within 24 to 48 hours .

3. Delivery times

Custom posters and other products

Average delivery times: 8 to 12 working days in Metropolitan France and Europe.

Personalized mugs

Shorter delivery times: 3 to 6 working days , depending on the destination.

4. Tracking your order

All orders include a tracking number .
Tracking information is sent via email within 48 hours of shipment .

You can also track your order using your order number and email address.

5. Customs and customs duties

The delivery charges indicated, including any free delivery offers, do not include customs duties, taxes or clearance fees which may apply depending on the country of destination.
Nookido cannot be held responsible for these additional costs.
The recipient is responsible for paying all customs duties, clearance fees and any other charges that may be associated with international shipments.

6. Lost or stolen package

Nookido does not take responsibility for packages reported lost or stolen.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if you notice a problem, it is up to you to file a claim with the carrier.

Once the claim has been made, you can get back to us with the information provided by the carrier, so that we can investigate the situation.
Parcels declared delivered, stolen or not collected cannot be reshipped or refunded.

7. My order has not arrived

If you have not received your order within 30 working days of dispatch, a reshipment or refund will only be considered if the package is declared lost or damaged by the carrier after verification.

Processing time:

We do our best to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. The stamp creation and personalization process takes 2-3 days Then your order is shipped.

For non-personalized items, you should expect to pay 24 to 48 hours to be shipped.

Delivery times are on average 8 to 12 business days depending on the country of delivery.

Order tracking:

All orders include tracking information which is normally sent via email within 48 hours of order dispatch.

Lost or stolen package:

We cover any case of exceptional delay or even loss in transit and offer free reshipment or a refund.
If the order does not arrive at its destination and is delayed at a local post office, customers are responsible for contacting the carrier before receiving a reshipment or refund.
If you have entered incorrect shipping information, you are not eligible for reshipment or a refund.
